The Burn Bar takes your heart rate into consideration when determining your results.Here's how the Burn Bar calculates and displays your metrics: The Burn Bar is available for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Treadmill, Cycling, and Rowing workouts. If you leave it on, your workout data is anonymously added to the Burn Bar competition. It adjusts to account for weight to allow for an equal comparison and is shown as your calories burned. The Burn Bar is a way for you to compare your effort to others who've done the same workout. If you have an Apple Music subscription, tap or select Listen in Music to add the playlist in Apple Music. Review the music playlist for the workout.To access your saved workouts, scroll to My Workouts at the bottom of Fitness+. Save a workout by tapping the Add button on your iPhone or iPad, or selecting Save Workout on your Apple TV.Tap or select Preview to watch a preview of the workout.
